Step 1: Install TiviMate from Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone or tablet.
2. Search for "TiviMate IPTV Player".
3. Select "TiviMate IPTV Player" by AR Mobile Dev.
4. Tap "Install".
5. Wait for download and installation to complete.
6. Tap "Open" to launch.

Step 2: Initial Setup

1. Launch TiviMate for the first time.
2. Grant necessary permissions when requested.
3. You'll see the welcome screen.
4. Tap "Add Playlist" to get started.

Step 3: Add Your CCCAMBOX Subscription

Using Xtream Codes API (Recommended):

1. Tap "Add Playlist".
2. Select "Xtream Codes API" option.
3. Enter your CCCAMBOX credentials:

• Playlist Name: CCCAMBOX
• Server: Your CCCAMBOX server URL (without http://)
• Username: Your CCCAMBOX username
• Password: Your CCCAMBOX password

4. Tap "Next" or "Add".
5. Wait for TiviMate to load channels and EPG.

Using M3U URL:

1. Tap "Add Playlist".
2. Select "M3U URL".
3. Enter your CCCAMBOX M3U playlist URL.
4. Name it "CCCAMBOX".
5. Tap "Add".

Troubleshooting

Channels Won't Play:

• Check internet connection
• Verify subscription is active
• Try switching decoder: Settings → Playback → Decoder
• Clear app cache

Buffering:

• Increase buffer size in settings
• Lower video quality
• Check internet speed (10+ Mbps needed)
• Use WiFi instead of mobile data
• Close background apps

EPG Not Loading:

• Wait 15-30 minutes after adding playlist
• Manual refresh: Settings → EPG → Refresh
• Check if EPG is included in subscription
• Verify time zone is correct

App Crashes:

• Update to latest version
• Clear cache: Settings → Apps → TiviMate → Clear Cache
• Restart device
• Reinstall if problem persists

Login Issues:

• Verify all credentials are correct
• Check server URL format (http://)
• Ensure no extra spaces in fields
• Try M3U URL method instead
