Step 1: Enable Apps from Unknown Sources

Step 2: Install Downloader App

1. Return to Fire TV home screen.
2. Search for "Downloader" using the search icon.
3. Select "Downloader" app by AFTVnews.
4. Click "Download" or "Get" to install.
5. Open the Downloader app once installed.

Step 3: Download TiviMate

1. In Downloader app, click the URL field.
2. Enter: https://tivimate.com/download or use the Amazon App Store
3. Click "Go" and wait for download.
4. Once downloaded, click "Install".
5. Wait for installation to complete.
6. Click "Done" (don't delete the file yet).

Alternative: Download directly from Amazon App Store

• Search "TiviMate" in Amazon App Store
• Click "Get" to install

Step 4: Launch TiviMate

1. Open TiviMate from Apps or Recent.
2. On first launch, click "Allow" for necessary permissions.
3. You'll see the welcome screen.

Step 5: Add Your CCCAMBOX Subscription

1. Click "Add Playlist" button.
2. Select "Xtream Codes API" option.
3. Enter your CCCAMBOX details:

• Name: CCCAMBOX
• Server: Your CCCAMBOX server URL
• Username: Your CCCAMBOX username
• Password: Your CCCAMBOX password

4. Click "Next" to continue.
5. Wait for TiviMate to load your channels.

Step 6: Configure TiviMate Settings

EPG Setup

• EPG should load automatically with Xtream Codes
• Go to Settings → EPG to customize

Playback Settings

• Settings → Playback
• Enable hardware acceleration
• Set buffer size for smooth streaming

Troubleshooting

App Crashes

• Clear cache: Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → TiviMate
• Uninstall and reinstall

Buffering Issues

• Lower video quality in settings
• Check internet speed (10+ Mbps needed)
• Use ethernet adapter for Fire TV Stick
• Increase buffer size in settings

Login Failed

• Verify credentials are correct
• Check server URL format (no http:// prefix)
• Ensure CCCAMBOX subscription is active
• Contact CCCAMBOX support if issues persist

Channels Not Loading

• Check internet connection
• Restart Fire TV device
• Re-add playlist
• Clear TiviMate cache

EPG Not Showing

• Go to Settings → EPG
• Force refresh EPG data
• Check if EPG is enabled for your playlist
